Hi, am saikrishna 31 years and 86 kgs and 5'9 height,
I recently increased in weight and tried to reduce the weight I had intermittent fasting and regular fasting I got reduced from 91 kg to 86 kg in 2 weeks by following some keto diet
I want to reduce the weight to 78 kgs and maintain the same.
When I eat chapati or rice am getting weight as am checking weigh scale daily.
Can someone please suggest me intermittent fasting and any medicine to maintain my ideal weight.

maintain yur healthy lifestyle 1st... it includes balanced diet, regualr exercises, 8 hours sound sleep and body hydration...
intermittent fastig can be done under the obeservation of Nutritionist...if you are doing by your own may be it creates deficiency.
