My current weight is 62kg, I want to reduce a minimum of 4-5kg in 2 months.
My diet - breakfast - veg sandwich/ Plain paratha with milk tea
Lunch - 2Roti with Vegetables or Dal
Post Lunch- 1 cup green tea
Evening Snack - 1cup coffee with dry fruits
Dinner- 2Roti with Vegetables or Rice with Dal
Please suggest my diet to Maintain my weight. Due to Thyroid my weight has increased in the last 2-3months
