Hello, Just eating fruits will not help you to lose weight permanently. However you can have such diets once in a while as a detox diet. In that case you can take fruits like (orange/papaya/guava/kiwi/apple /pineapple as smoothies and juices, you can make delicious soups as well and consume them.

Hi dieting is not suggested or recommended completely..fruit diet can be done intermittently but not daily... fruits that are not so sweet to taste are helpful..and fruits that have high fructose content can also increase weight and fat content in the body if consumed in more quantities... fruits that taste so sweet have high fructose levels..and that too they add up to many calories..in body..thus leading to more fat storage.. for example:  sapota or chikoo, mangoes etc...and other fruits that are sweet to taste.. Thankyou

It’s not healthy to survive only with fruits, yes you can add fruits and vegetables for detoxification but that is as per your routine and activity that you follow. Better to get your constitution and parameters check and go accordingly
