For skipping-meal issues, keep it simple: * Breakfast: protein + carb + fruit * Mid-morning: fruit / nuts / curd * Lunch: roti/rice + dal/paneer/chicken/egg + vegetables + curd * Evening: roasted chana/makhana + tea/coffee * Dinner: light protein + vegetables + roti/rice * Keep 1–2 emergency snacks ready for busy days. * Set meal reminders and avoid gaps longer than 4–5 hours. * If a full meal is not possible, take a small balanced meal instead of skipping completely.
