Hi Both nuts are good cause they are unsaturated fatty acids with both MUFA's and PUFA's. They are good in high biological value plant proteins, healthy omega 3 and 6 fats and they also have other very essential healthy nutrients and fiber..like vitamins and minerals.... Almonds, peanuts, cashew have micro mineral Zinc which helps boost hair growth naturally.. But besides being health fats, they are also high in calories...so consuming in limited quantities is always considered safe and Recommended . Thankyou

Hi Nuts are all rich in vitamins and minerals but for hair in particular  walnuts and almonds are excellent sources of nutrients particularly biotin, B-vitamins, omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, plenty of protein and magnesium, all of which strengthen hair cuticles and nourish the scalp. Soke it over night and have it in the morning this will help in proper absorption.

Walnut & almond is having PUFAs & LCPUFAs which are very useful for Dermatological, scalp health & CVD patients as well. In case of hypertension or hypercholesterolemia its are having wonderful effects you can't imagine. But yes the calorie distribution for nuts are very important, as being high calorie food, you should restrict nuts consumption as per recommended diet. You can Contact me for more details.
