Benifits of using dry fig
Hi, I'm using the 4 dry figs soaked in glass of milk in over night & eating in morning,so is it beneficial for good health, Thanks & regards

hi figs are good source of vitamin's and dietary fiber. They are rich in antioxidant , vitamin A, B complex . Also they boost memory..
