Hi, Only figs are not responsible for the elevated uric acid levels. Healthy lifestyle, good water intake, physical activity, limiting animal protein etc. are also major factors to control uric acid. Figs do contain purine. Avoid or take in moderation.

Yes it contains purine dried one contains 64 and ripe fresh one contain 28g.if u have high uric acid u can restrict it's intake in high amount.
