Hi, Only figs are not responsible for the raised uric acid levels. Others factors such as water & fluid intake, physical activity & balanced meals comprising all nutrients are equally responsible Limit all processed, preserved, packaged outside food completely. Cut down on high salt, high sugar and high fat items. Avoid figs, if taken take in moderation.
