Namaste Sir I appreciate  you are including the protein in your diet..  but the quality , quantity, digestibility of protein is need of concern. Your daily activities and physical activities also are need of concern . So, I would suggest  you to eat a balanced nutrition planned by clinical dietitian for your health concern

Healthy afternoon sir, Both nutrition and physical activity are critical if you want to gain lean muscle. It’s essential to challenge your physical activity but without proper nutritional support, your progress will stall. If you’re goal is to gain lean muscle, you should focus on exercising regularly & eating more calories each day from muscle building foods.
Health Tips
High protein foods are very important for gaining muscle, but carbohydrates and fats are also necessary source of energy
