Eating fruits in night time before 9.00p
Is eating fruits like papaya, guava, cucumber, pomegranate and carrot as veggie good to be consumed before 9.00pm. In future does it cause any health related issues like diabetes or any kidney disorder??

Take fruits in mid morning and evening snacks time. Don't take in night. All food groups should be included in your diet/d. So maintain diet Diary. Three main meals and two small meal is part of ur diet

Hello practo user, If you are replacing your meals with fruits then it not good for you. Secondly, best time to have fruits is 11.00am and 4- 5 pm for healthy living.
