Hello! You can have fruits before an hour of meal. Best time of having fruits is before lunch time as fruits need more enzymes to digest. Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Fruits are best eaten in the morning or for a snack separate from other foods. Eating fruits with meals or other food groups, especially dairy, can create a sour effect that can lead to discomfort, indigestion, and gas. Eating fruits in the evening can disturb the sleep schedule and the digestion process. So, Ayurveda recommends having fruits before 4 pm.

1. Eating fruits in the morning is a great way to jumpstart your metabolism, as the fiber and natural sugars can help stimulate digestion and provide a quick energy boost. 2. Having fruits as a pre-workout meal can help improve athletic performance, as they provide a source of easily digestible carbohydrates that can be quickly converted into energy by the body. 3. Fruits are an excellent snack choice, as they are low in calories, high in fiber, and can help you stay full and satisfied between meals. Additionally, the vitamins and minerals in fruits can help support your immune system and overall health. 4. It's generally best to avoid consuming fruits with heavy meals, as the fiber and other nutrients in fruits can slow down the absorption of other foods in the digestive tract. This can lead to discomfort, bloating, and gas. 5. Ultimately, the best time to have fruits is when it works best for you and your lifestyle. Incorporating a variety of fruits into your diet can provide numerous health benefits, such as improved digestion, increased energy, and reduced risk of chronic diseases.
