Fruits are best eaten in the morning or for a snack separate from other foods. Eating fruits with meals or other food groups, especially dairy, can create a sour effect that can lead to discomfort, indigestion, and gas.
Eating fruits in the evening can disturb the sleep schedule and the digestion process. So, Ayurveda recommends having fruits before 4 pm.
You can eat fruits anytime but better try to have fruit before 6 Pm...Avoid taking fruits during night time..best time to eat fruit is after your breakfast before your lunch time gap..you can eat fruit in any time snacks...always try to eat fruits salad there should be atleast 3-4 types of fruits in your plate atleast 1-2 will be seasonal fruit..fruits are a good source of vitamins,minerals & fibre..always include colourful fruits in your diet
