Dizzy and tired
I had a scoop of ice cream in the evening..Around two hours after eating it I have started feeling tired and fatigued.. Also bit anxiety... do i have lactose issues? Earlier I ate milk sweets n that too gave similar symptoms

Hi You may have developed lactose intolerance to milk and milk products.. So it's better to avoid such group of foods and can have an alternative to it for example soya milk , soy paneer ( Tofu ) , almond milk etc...inorder to avoid such irritations... And cow's milk may have that property of causing one to become allergic, and other gut disturbances along with fatigue , anxiety and tiredness etc...this all can be due to allergy issues and other lactose intolerance problems...

Hi Fatigue is such a common symptom of dairy allergy and while there are many other causes (issues with your thyroid or hormonal imbalance), if a full medical workup has been conducted and no cause for fatigue can be identified, it is advisable to discuss the possibility of a diary allergy or other food sensitivity You need a proper guidance and follow up .
