Ice cream and chocolates sometimes
I am 23 years old who works out regularly and usually eat home cooked food. But sometimes i have cravings for ice cream or chocolates so i have it. Should i strictly stop eating these foods. Or i can have ice cream once in a while. I always regret after eating something i like.

Are you craving for sugary food??? Might be this is the reason u wants to take chocolate or icecream . When your diet is lack of protein and fiber , you get craving frequently.
