Ice cream at home
So my mother made ice cream at home with just milk, cream and venilla essense. Nothing else. Is it healthier than the market ice cream option? I am 74 kgs 24 years old 6'1 height. Whenever i eat ice cream chocolate or chips or outside food which i do once 15 days or 10 days. I always ho into regret.

Hello Home made food is always better than outside stuff. Once in a while if you are eating than take care of portion size. Take a small portion. Too much calories rich food is not good for health. Take care

Hi First of all don't regret the things which are not in your control.. Eating outside once a while is absolutely fine. You cannot keep your body always free from outside things...so keeping in mind that choosing healthy options is always better. Thankyou

Home made Ice-cream is really a good option why? You can add some healthy options like chia seeds or natural fruit extract not any artificial colours, you can add honey or jaggery powder act as probiotic support to you. You can add some nuts or dry fruits to add good fat for better IQ, you can have better mineral balence. Wonderful work salute to mothers who try to avoid outside food full of adulteration or impurities. All the best 💕 Dietitian Souvik Chakraborty ( Google search can reach me)

As long as you are sure of the ingredients of a home made product&  if does not contain additives, preservatives, artificial sweeteners,it is a better option. Still keep calorie dense foods like icecreams to small portions & less frequent in order to support good health status.
