You can have it liberally as your BMI indicates Underweight... Your BMI is 17.8 Your ideal weight should be for your present age, weight and height is 61.3 kgs.. And you are underweight by 11.3 kgs.. Hence you can have this full cream milk inorder to attain some benefit out of it...such as increasing your weight etc...

Hi Packet with important nutrients like calcium, phosphorus, vitamin B, potassium and vitamin D. Excellent source of protein. Consuming milk or curd daily prevents osteoporosis and bone fractures. You can consume it on daily use but during the day not at night ,say a medium sized bowl 60gm.

Hi, Full cream milk is a complete food and only lacks iron and vitamin C, Else all vitamins, minerals and electrolytes are found in it. Considering your weight you can definately use it on daily basis. Caution- if your cholesterol is high then you need to have skimmed milk.
