Hair Fall Issue
I'm having hair fall a lot, greying of hair and itching of my scalp due to slight dandruff. I use Henna Powder to color my hair. I feel like im losing more hair than normal as my hair just falls off easily from the roots, even when i lie down in bed to go to sleep and wake up next morning. I find lot of hair on my pillow. I haven't visited a dermatologist or taken any supplements for this issue. Kindly help.

Hi doctor I'm 25yr old female , I weigh 43kg underweight my height 5.3ft , I have thyroid I take thyronorm 25mcg daily now my harmone is control , 4 months back when got tested my total cholesterol was showing 255.
Recently I started a homemade milkshake for weight gain my query was regarding it.
Its basically 1 banana, 1 sp peanut butter, 1 bowl of nuts , 1sp honey ,2sp oats in a glass milk .
I am consuming this since 1 week my concern was is peanut butter bad for my health or should I modify this milkshake I'm totally confused or is this milkshake ok to continue n go ahead .
