Due to Knee issues(Osteoartheritis), Weight Loss diet advise requested. In last 6 moñths weight rwmains between 78 to 82. after taking the Fibroid treatment, its not coming down and stays around 81/82kg consistently. This has further deterioted the Knee pain. please advise.

Hi, To recommend anything, more information like height, age, dietary habits etc are required. You should follow well balanced fibre rich die. Include more vegetables, fresh fruits, and calcium rich food. As you have suffered from joint pain, you need to more depend upon diet, as exercise will may make your condition worse and for that reason rate of reduction of weight will be slow.
