I'm 27 years old female. I exercise regularly, try to avoid junk food but do have it once in a while. My height is 154 cm and weight 47. Overall
I'm thin but I do have belly fat which is difficult to get rid of .
In the gym I did all sorts of exercises and weight training as well but now as I can't go to the gym I'm doing mat exercises which includes cardio , core and yoga. Kindly help me with this
