Hi there! PCOS is not just about what not to eat. Instead of not eating certain foods, it s more important to focus on eating foods the right way. You need a more personalised guidance to help you the best. I have had several cases of PCOS who were suffering to the extent that they were not being able to conceive! But after a thorough guidance, they not just got their weight appropriate and got rid of PCOS but had beautiful pregnancies delivering healthy babies.
Next Steps
DM for detailed guidance on your diet & lifestyle, so that I can hold your hand in your journey out of PCOS.
