Hello,
Weight loss is a process and it has to be done the "right" way to ensure it is long-lasting and sustainable. With PCOS weight loss is a slow & gradual process and a lot of patience and consistency is required. As you are exercising but what type of an exercise regime is it? and also it is important to analyze what you are eating in the normal diet. With right guidance for exercise, eating choices and lifestyle modification you will be able to lose weight as sleep and stress also have an impact on our health.
A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your routine, lifestyle, and all the other details. This helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly.
As a start follow the guidelines below -
1. Have balanced meals
2. Incorporate unprocessed/whole foods like fresh fruits & vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains in your diet
3. Incorporate complex carbohydrates like wheat, jowar, bajra, brown rice, nachni, etc.
4. Avoid refined flour, sugar, sweets, fried foods, junk foods, etc.
5. Drink 2-3 liters of water throughout the day
6. Continue with exercise. Ensure you do aerobic exercises as they help in fat loss.

Hello.
Diet and exercise need to be done under guidance in order to show significant changes.
Take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, reduce intake of oily, wheat based or rice based products and cut down on stress.
