Need a diet plan to lose
I am having 78 kg weight. My height is 168cm. I want to lose weight. I had cut off all junk food,fat content and sugar.

Thanks mam - you need low calorie foods. U can even a make a better diet plan of 1800kcal. Low carbohydrate 200gm only, protien per kg body weight & low saturated fats more poly unsaturated fats as cooking oil. take more vegetables % fruits.avoid al high calorie foods like junk,fast,street restaurant foods. low spices,low oil home made foods helpful. Be dynamic as possible. yoga,free hand exercises are very good.
