I understand you want to lose weight without exercise or walking. At your height and weight, your BMI is around 32, which means you are in the obesity range. Weight loss is still possible through diet alone, but it must be well planned and consistent.
Start with portion control. Avoid sugar, fried food, soft drinks, bakery items, and refined flour. Eat more vegetables, pulses, eggs, paneer, and dal. Have small, frequent meals instead of two large ones. Keep dinner light and finish it at least two hours before sleep. Drink enough water throughout the day.
Once you start losing some weight, try adding light activity like stretching or basic yoga at home. Even 15 minutes helps your metabolism improve.
