Hi, Your body is not stubborn it’s exhausted from repeated extreme dieting. Intermittent fasting, OMAD, liquid diets, and starving patterns often slow metabolism, increase cravings, worsen water retention, and make belly fat harder to lose long-term.
After 3 pregnancies and C-sections, your body needs a sustainable fat-loss approach with proper meals, protein, recovery, and hormone-supportive nutrition and not more restriction.
Next Steps
Book your consultation now and let’s work on reducing belly fat, thigh fat, water retention, and rebuilding your metabolism in a realistic and healthy way.

Post-pregnancy weight gain, especially after multiple pregnancies, is very common. Repeated dieting methods like intermittent fasting, OMAD, or liquid diets often lead to temporary results followed by weight regain, mainly due to metabolic slowdown and water retention.
What may be happening:
- Frequent restrictive diets can slow metabolism, making fat loss harder.
- Skipping meals or extreme dieting may increase belly fat storage over time.
- Hormonal changes post-pregnancy and stress can also affect fat distribution.
What you should do:
- Stop extreme diets and follow 3 balanced meals + 1–2 small snacks daily.
- Include protein in every meal (dal, eggs, chicken, fish, paneer, tofu) to support fat loss and muscle.
- Add whole grains, fiber, and healthy fats for better satiety and metabolism.
- Practice portion control instead of eliminating food groups.
- Stay hydrated and avoid processed, fried, and sugary foods.
Activity & lifestyle:
- Include strength training + walking to target fat loss and improve metabolism.
- Ensure 7–8 hours sleep and manage stress.
Sustainable weight loss comes from balanced eating and consistency, not extreme diets. Focus on long-term habits to reduce belly and thigh fat effectively.

Intermittent fasting is a good option but it is not meant for all body types. For 4 weeks be consistent with your sleep , eat three meals with limited portions and it should be balanced , home cooked, with salads and proteins, regular workout in the form a walk .
No sweets at all.
Your blood reports are normal that is very good .
After 4 weeks come back with whatever result you have and we will discuss further regarding your requirement of specific diet plan, if needed.
Hi,
Thank you for sharing your details so clearly.
First, I want to reassure you that your reports being normal is a good sign. The issue you’re facing is likely due to inconsistent and extreme dieting patterns, which can slow down your metabolism and lead to water retention and fat regain, especially around the abdomen and thighs.
Doing diets like intermittent fasting, OMAD, liquid diets, or only fruits/veggies for short periods may give temporary weight loss, but they are not sustainable and often cause rebound weight gain.
What’s likely happening:
Your body is going into “survival mode” due to repeated restrictive diets
This leads to fat storage (especially belly/thigh)
Water retention increases due to hormonal fluctuations and poor protein balance
