Losing weight
Hi , i am 21 yr old female. And my weight is 58 kgs. For losing weight if I drink lemon in warm water early morning before walk and go for walking early morning for 30 minutes daily and eat only homemade food with less oil, etc will I be able to lose weight in one month? Thank you.

Hi Lemon water is good for health,  it will surely help you lose sum weight and will benefit you in other ways as well. Brist walk for 30mins and cool down for 10mins will be useful. Home made food is good which should be cooked in proper oil which should me in combination off 1:1 which is omage3:omage6.

Hi Yes if you drink warm lemon water without suga5t or honey on empty stomach upon waking..you will loose some extra reserved calories followed by a 45 mins brisk walk..and you can take lemon water once every two to three days...daily not required...as too much of anything good is also bad enough...if you pump it daily with the same kind of goods into your system.. So it's sll better to have different varieties of foods to have the overall benefit of variety foods.. As mentioned home cooked food is the best ..
