Normal home made diet.just avoid carb at dinner.and maintain proper lifestyle modification.add fibre,fruits, legumes,seeds in your diet.do daily walking atleast for 45 mins.
A vegetarian diet with occasional non veg , including lots of vegetables and pulses , soy , whole cereals .
