Hello yes for Pcos weight reduction is very important but as I can see you are not so overweight ... You must be having more inches then weight ... I would suggest you not to follow a  GM diet but eat a balance diet avoid any fast food or food from outside avoid packaged items do proper excercise and reduce some inches which will  be helpful ..

PCOD !!!!! Weight loss is must !! How do u do that.. i have a diet plan and exercise plan thats not atall hard really. U can reduce weight as fast as 5 kg in a month.. how much more fast u want things to work...

Never do shortcuts for weightloss.. GM diet  makes u nutritionally starve and reduce ur water weight .. It will b challenging to maintain the lost fluid weight..

Better to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Don’t follow GM Diet it’s not good for health. Maintain your healthy routine. Include exercise and yoga in your daily it’s a natural way to cure PCOD . Avoid Soya and milk products in your diet. Include Hibiscus Tea in your routine. It’s very helpful in weight in PCOD. Avoid prolonged meal gap have your meal in between 2-3 hours. For more details consult me directly on Practo.

Here are a few tips that will help you:- Eat small frequent meals. After every 2 -3 hours Exercise daily for an hour Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Drink approx. 3 l water daily Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.
