I joined yoga in the month of September and my weight was 102 and it's November and my weight is 101.. but still I have'nt lost much... I have lost inches not weight.I just wanted to know What kind of deficiency is hindering for my weight loss..???Kindly help???Any Kind of Vitamins to take to support my weight loss??? And Also I have checked my Thyroid levels which are completely normal...Kindly help ..What is the reason am not losing pounds...??
