Hello Doctor,
I was trying to lose weight since a couple years with some diet and gym exercises. I could hardly lose a kilo and then gain 2 kilos. This way instead of losing weight I gained 4 kilos. I'm still trying the diet and exercise but unable to get the desired result. What can be the issue? I fall sick every time I go excess in either diet or exercise. I'm following the diet given by a dietitian. Yet there is no result. Can you please guide me? I wish to know where am I going wrong. What can be the issue? Whom do I consult for this problem, if needed? How do I get the body stamina? I'm a Jain so restricted food intake wise. Please guide accordingly.

If u are trying for long since u are unable that means u must b doing something wrong. Eat wisely,always drink 2glasses of water if u feel hunger becoz most of d tym we get confused in hunger or thirst. Eat more Fiber ND protein.
