Keto/LCHF Diet
I am on keto diet since last 1.5 months and have lost around 6 kgs. I am doing 15gms of carbs per day and around and i eat around 1000-1200 calories a day. How long can I keep doing this keto diet, will it affect my body negatively?

Keto is not going to help you in the long run. It's. Fad diet at the end of the day Do follow a proper charted diet plan for your condition by a qualified Nutritionist.

Don't follow any special diet when  u leave perticular diet again u put on so for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in your diet.add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add planty of water . Avoid oily and fried food.

Hi. Keto diets for people with pcos are not recommended. Please stop the keto diet and gradually move to a low carb diet (at least 100 grams per days) Also, once you stop such crash diets - all the weight tends to come back. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan for healthy weight loss.
