Start with liquid diet like daal ka paani 3 to 4 times a day //mashed rice mix with dal 2 to 3 times and fruit juices like apple //promegranate//orange juice twice a day // vegetable soups different variety can give 2 to 3 servings // sabudana khichdi //sago preperation
