How to manage my weight and food craving
Like i am overweight according to my age and height and i can't resist my food cravings and weight trying hard to resist but can't my sleeping schedule is very bad I dunno why it feels like a therapy or a delusion sort of and I like that but the regret i couldn't. So I want my life and body and sleep to balance but I am unable plz suggest smthn so I can manage and balance. My weight isn't moving back and I am ashamed of it a lottt.

disciplined lifestyle.
Heart patient - underwent stenting of RCA and LCX in Jan & Feb 2023.
Complaint : For the last two-three months, experiencing palpitations of the heart almost every morning 5 am to 9 am or so. Sometimes BP measured at home is also showing high readings (nearly 170/100 ! ).

Hlo sir or mam I'm 186 cm 6 feet 1 inch I'm.nri Indian guy living in Kuwait doing business in a hotel I am back on last month October on a vacation in India my weight was 92 kg that time after running 10 km in a day in a morning 4 am and doing workout 2 hours including brisk walking 10 km in evening so everyday I walk runn 20 km and in breakfast I take oats with toned milk and honey my weight is now 85 km And in lunch I take only some time oats with honey or 1 half plate apple . beetroot.
