Hi, Good evening! Your vitamin B12 is in normal range but in the lower range. Unless you feel too dizzy or tired, do not worry. Include vitamin B12 rich foods - fish, eggs and lean meat. If you are still concerned you can take a vitamin b12 supplement for a month and stop.
