Hello, For 29 years old female with vitamin B12 = 176 pg/ mL , this is deficiency. Treatment depends on symptoms and doctors advice Oral tablet Methyl cobalamin/ Cyanocobalamin tablets are commonly used 1000-1500 mcg daily at least 8-12 weeks , then maintenance 500-1000 mcg daily or every other day Important: Take B12 after meals for better absorption If you vegetarian/ vegan , continue long term supplements Sometimes B12 deficiency comes with low folate or iron so check CBC , ferritin , folate and thyroid so
