Even though you have low vitamin d levels, you can try getting it from natural sources instead of relying on supplements or injections, as once the dosage is used up by the body you will again have to rely on supplements and injections. Below are some tips which will help improve your vitamin d3 levels: - Expose your face, arms and feet under the sun for 15-20 minutes daily preferably between 11 to 12pm. - Include vitamin d rich foods such as mushrooms, eggs with yolk, fish fortified milk which will help improve your vitamin d levels naturally.

Hi A small information is that 92% of Indians are vit D deficienct. The most simple way to improve the vit D in our body is exposure to sunlight between 5.30 am to 7 am which will boost vit D production in the body naturally beyond which 60,000IU per week for minimum eight weeks is good
Next Steps
Add milk, eggs, fish and yellow vegetables in the diet.

Radhe Radhe Opt for Vit D3 shots or Tablets before going for injections. 60,000 IU is recommended as Weekly Dosage for 1-2 months to cover your deficiency 1. Also make sure to have it with good fats as it will increase it's absorption in your body. Best tie to take is Post Breakfast. 2.Also walk on green grass for 5-10 min daily in morning or Evening during Sun exposure. 3. If you are a non or Ova vegetarian, You can consume eggs which will also help in improving Vit D levels.

You can opt the oral supplements too. If symptoms are excess like pain fatigue etc. You can go for the injections too. It will give you results little faster Also you should work on your metabolism rate so the vitals will not go down in future. You are too young easily you can boost the metabolism rate.

Healthy evening Calcium within the normal range Vitamin D3 10.6 this is very low So focus should be on raising vitamin D3 1. Sunlight exposure 15-20 minutes daily, 10:00 -2:00 pm , on arms/ legs without sunscreen 2. Diet : Fatty fish, egg yolk, fortified milk , cereals, plant based milks 3 supplements: Vitamin D3 60,000IU once weekly for 6-8 weeks then maintenance Once every 2-4 weeks OR Daily low dose tablet (1000-2000 IU ) for longer time Based your reports Tablet / sachets of 60000IU weekly for 6-8 weeks are usually enough rather than injections
