Before 3 months I had b12 deficiency( 160) then I took b12 injections.. now I tested for calcium and d3 . my calcium is 9.4 ( reference value 8.6 to 10.3) but my d3 is 10.6 ( reference normal value 30 to 100) .. what should I do now ? Should I take tablets or injections? If so what is the dose ? Guide me please

The most simple way to improve the vit D in our body is exposure to sunlight between 5.30 am to 7 am which will boost vit D production in the body naturally beyond which 60,000IU per week for minimum eight weeks is good
