Start supliments for b 12 Also. It is necessary.
Once it wil be normal u will feel better.

The Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiency can be cured. For Vitamin D deficiency you need to take a supplement.
I m Not then right person to prescribe medicine you can consult doctor for same.
Few Vitamin D rich foods u can include in the diet are as follows
1. Beef, liver, and chicken.
2. Fish and shellfish such as trout, salmon, tuna fish, and clams.
3. Fortified breakfast cereal.
4. Low-fat milk, yogurt, and cheese.
5. Eggs
6. Mushrooms
For Vitamin B12 deficiency you can include following foods which may increase your Vitamin B12 levels.
If not increase then u can go for Supplements.
