Also, I am looking for vegetarian supplements and have ordered Pure Nutrition B12 1500 mcg and Vlado Himalayan Organics  60,000 IU tablet supplement.Pkease guide as this is necessary to cure my vitiligo.Any additional diet tips or other tips for vitiligo treatment are welcome. Thanks!

Your B12 and Vitamin D levels are definitely on the lower side, and while the supplements you mentioned can help, the dosage, duration, and absorption need to be personalized—especially with vitiligo and a vegetarian diet. In such cases, I usually also look at gut health, other deficiencies, and specific dietary triggers that may affect pigmentation recovery. A structured plan can make a big difference here. If you’re open, I can review your reports in detail and guide you with a complete diet + supplement plan tailored for vitiligo management.
