Hello dear practo user The best way to have vit D is Sunlight bath in morning time before 10pm. Further ways including food and water you should take animal source foods like milk and milk products, mutton bone soups, bone marrow of chicken or mutton, sunflower oil. Apart of that you can charge your water with sunlight for drinking and bathing purposes.

Vit D can definitely be got from the morning Sun till (8:00 am in summers  and 9:00 Am in winters ) .So exposure is important. Vit B 12 is very rich in non veg food. But it depends on the severity of your deficiencies Yes there are multivitamin supplements or individual vit supplements, but please do blood tests to check the serum levels

Hi, Consult a good physician to report about your Vit D & B -12 levels. These deficiencies can be met by the supplements. Additionally you can take fortified Vit - D rich food & sunlight. Take atleast 15-20 min sunlight everyday. While taking sunlight make sure not to apply any sunscreen lotion on the skin, as it hinders the absorption of sunlight.
Next Steps
Hope you find this helpful.
