These deficiencies can occur persistently despite following a good diet because of several reasons such as absorption issues, chronic illness, medications, or increased body requirements. Supplements may only be a temporary solution for you but diet can help you overcome these issues. Here is what you can do for it: To improve your vitamin d levels, the best thing to do is take a 15-20 minutes' walk under sunlight with your face, arms and feet exposed, preferably between 11am to 12pm. Also include vitamin d rich foods in your diet such as fortified foods, eggs, mushrooms and fish. For B12 you need to consume whole grains, fortified foods, dairy products, eggs and fish. To improve your Iron levels, include Amaranth leaves and seeds, garden cress seeds, spinach, rajma and liver. Zinc is found in foods such as whole grains, pumpkin seeds, lentils and oysters. Calcium is found in sesame seeds, curd, milk and cheese. For Magnesium you can include pumpkin seeds, almonds, chia seeds, spinach and dark chocolate.
Next Steps
If you include these foods in your diet in the right proportions and at right timings, you will feel the change in your body. For a personalized diet plan which will help you improve your overall health, do connect with us.

You can get your constitution ( vata/pitta/kapha) to figure out the root cause of the problem At times it is because of your body type too. Body generates excessive amount of heat due to that metabolism rate go down. Rest you cam also share the reports to understand the level of the issue
