I have undergone a body checkup and need a diet plan in vegetarian diet .
High Cholesterol
And Vitamin d and b12 is very low.
Also my stamina and energy remains low due to which I left my job and need immediate help to get a job again.

Due to lack of vitamin B12 take animals products like milk and milk products, cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk, tofu, almonds etc
