Magnesium and zinc supplementation
I try to cover zinc and magnesium in my diet but it become very hard without going in calorie surplus, so I am thinking of adding a long term zinc magnesium supplement without side effects. Suggest the right way to proceed with it.

Instead of supplements add about 10-15 gm's of mixed seeds daily in your diet like pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, seaseme seeds, sunflower seeds. This is not increase your over all calorie and they are also a good source of healthy fats. Supplements are to be taken only when absolutely necessary and if prescribed by a professional after thorough evaluation.

Hi High intake of zinc decreases magnesium absorption. So better include some nuts and seeds in your daily diet. You can add chia seeds to skimmed milk curds, sprinkle flaxseed on salads . Have a banana daily as it's good source of magnesium. You can take 1 Zincovit tablet after breakfast for a month or so. Thai
