Is there supplement of zinc and magnesium which donot have side effects . As I was using muscleblaze multivitamin but that's doesn't suits me

Gud morning roasted seeds like flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds etc are the good sources of it.

You can add tge usage of seeds like flax seeds, chia seed or pumpkin anyone of them they had in them
