It's taking supplement a right choice?
I have been started taking multivitamin, omega-3, magnesium glycinate , zinc monomethionine , Ashwagandha, creatine and protein Because there are a lot of capsules and tablets, I am taking all day. I am little bit scared if it's okay to take all of these things because I did not take any consultation for this. I just heard that it's okay to take them without consultation, so I want to doctors perspective, what they say.

Taking multiple supplements together is not always necessary or suitable for everyone. While multivitamins, omega-3, magnesium, zinc, creatine, protein, and ashwagandha are generally safe when taken in appropriate doses, taking them without knowing if you need them may increase the risk of excess intake or interactions. It is best to first assess your diet, health status, and fitness goals before continuing all of them.
Next Steps
If possible, get basic blood tests to identify any deficiencies before using supplements long term.
Health Tips
Focus on a balanced diet first, as supplements should only complement—not replace—a healthy diet. Avoid exceeding the recommended dosage.
