I am taking walnuts (1 handful), almonds (1 handful), flaxseeds(1 spoon) in my diet daily. Should I start taking Fish Oil capsules as fish is not a part of my daily diet or I am getting enough Omega 3.

5 -7 almonds and 2-3 kernels of walnuts are enough
And please let me know why u r concerned toh omega 3? Any medical issue or weight loss or anything else?
