I don't eat fish or any seafood because I live far away from coastal region but I do eat meat and eggs. I might be having omega 3 deficiency as vegetarian sources have a very low conversion rate of EPA and DHA from ALA. Should I use omega -3 fish oil capsules. If yes what shall be the appropriate dosage of EPA DHA and fish oil. I m 16 year old and I m physically active. I play sports and do strength training and I haven't ate seafood regularly since birth.

Omega-3 deficiency may not be present just because you don’t eat fish. Since you are 16 and physically active, focus on getting good nutrition through your daily diet.
Next Steps
First, consult a pediatrician/doctor before starting omega-3 fish oil supplements. They can decide if supplementation is actually needed and suggest the right dose.
Health Tips
Include walnuts, chia seeds and flaxseeds regularly. You can also continue eggs and other protein-rich foods. A balanced diet is important for your growth, sports performance and recovery.
Omega 3 deficiency may not likely be there unless you find any signs or symptoms of it such as dry skin ,dull & brittle nails , dry hair , joint pain or stiffness & brain fog, lack of energy .
Then consult a doctor for dosage as you play sports & into strength training. Consider adding walnuts ,flaxseeds and chia seeds in your diet( any form soaked , salads, bites/ balls ) that helps in conversion . Goodluck

Since you’re 16 and physically active, omega-3 is important for brain health, cardiovascular health and recovery. However, not eating seafood does not automatically mean you have an omega-3 deficiency.
Plant sources such as flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts and hemp seeds provide ALA, but conversion of ALA to EPA and DHA is limited. Eggs and meat provide some omega-3, but the amount can vary and is generally not a reliable source of EPA/DHA.
Ideally, discuss the supplementation with your doctor, an algae-based EPA/DHA supplement can be a good non-fish option.
For now, include 1–2 tbsp ground flax/chia seeds or a small handful of walnuts regularly, along with a balanced diet containing adequate protein, vegetables, fruits and whole grains.
