WEAKNESS is it nutrient deficiency??
I feel tired and have dark circles under eyes. is it nutrient deficiency? I want to know if it is nutrient deficiency then which supplements should I take?

Hi, As per the details of your height & weight ideally your weight should be between 48-58 kilograms to be in the normal BMI range. BMI 18.5-22.9 for Asians is an indicator of health based on your height & weight. As you feel tired and have dark circles under your eyes it is very important to analyze your overall nutrient intake. Deficiency of nutrients can be due to various factors and reasons and it needs to be analayzed throughly. It can be a single nutrient deficiency or multiple. I suggest you connect through a personalized diet session as it takes into account your routine, lifestyle, medications, medical conditions, sleep, stress, eating habits, etc. This helps in understanding the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. As a start following guidelines can be of help - 1. Do not skip meals & eat balanced meals 2. Ensure there is protein rich foods in every meal you take such as dals, sprouts, pulses, eggs, non-veg, etc. 3. Drink 2-3 liters of water to stay hydrated 4. Incorporate two fruits throughout the day preferably mid-meals as they are rich in vitamins 5. Try to exercise for 30 minutes atleast 5 days a week to be physically active 6. We can't reach to exact diagnosis of nutrient deficiency, based only on two symptoms.  It can be a single nutrient deficiency like iron deficiency leading to anaemia or could be multiple nutrients deficiency.  So it would be best to get some basic blood tests done like CBC . And your focus should be on proper sleep,some excercise and most importantly balance diet with inclusion of green leafy veges,good proteins, nuts seeds,fruits,different grains etc .
