Hi A small amount of dark circles can be attributed to genetics but also from what I am reading from your description. You must be anemic, underweight( less calorie and food intake) You need to drink sufficient amount of water or fluid for good circulation of blood in the body. As you are underweight that is why you skin is sagging causing the knot like feeling. Ibs is further reducing your intake and digestion. Since so many factors are hindering your dark circles. You need a personalised plan support to increase weight Reduce B12 deficiency as well as to improve your digestion Avoid milk Though paneer and curd are probiotics have them in small quantities and check if your IBD symptoms are controlled or that also irritates yiu. Once your IBD symptoms are improved and you are able to eat well your weight will increase b12 deficiency will mostly get altered and your dark circles will reduce. It seems that you are going through vital deficiencies. There are several reasons of it. One of them is IBS. Better to opt a best medical diet plan as per your medical condition that will help you more to get rid of the dark circles and gain healthy weight. Mean while take more of liquid and try to stick on soft meal diet for a week or so.
