Vitamin D severe deficiency
I have vitamin D 5ng/mol. So I have been prescribed D3 uprise 60000 for drinking once in a week along with calcium supplements shelcal 500 on alternate days. But I came to know that K2 supplements are necessary for the absorption at the right place. So , which K2 supplement should I take and dosage ?

Hii you need not need a k12 supplement as you are not being diagnosed with its deficiency . These days alot of im formation which may not be correct is also circulated . If you needed the supplement the doctor would have prescribed you the same . You are a right track
