Hi
Good afternoon!
I’m sorry to hear about your experience.
Medicines or powders won’t help you with weight loss. It’s only diet and lifestyle change that will. Some medicines may also make you gain weight.
Next Steps
You need a personalised diet plan to manage these issues.

Weight loss is a natural process for that you dont need any medicines. Best is to get your constitution ( vata/pit/kapha) done and go accordingly. Likewise you might have seen people who eats a lot bit still slim and skiny. On the contrary there are people who eat less but tend to put on weight and suffer with different medical disorders too. It happens due to your constitution level. On that basis only choose your meal. You can reduce easily.
Next Steps
you can also get your fat mass and water retention checked
I think you need a psychological and dietary support
Better to connect with psychiatrist and dietitian on practo to help Better
As it is a little time taken thing for a better stability
