Hi
Good afternoon!
What was your son’s birth weight?
The height and weight are lower for his age. For now I would definitely look into his weight. You don’t have to worry too much. But make changes to support weight gain.
Ask the doctor for a deworming tablet if required. Track his height and weight in the growth chart and see if there has been any changes in the percentile.
How is his eating pattern, does he show any signs of nutritional deficiencies?
Yes, this happens sometimes genetically and growth is a bit slow. If your child is physically active, then he must have proper nutrition.
Next Steps
For that you should offer him everything to eat, add proper protein carbs and fibre through the food so that the protein helps him in muscle building and fueling cabs.
