Hey user.. It’s good to follow diet plan and improve your weight , rather going for any medicine .. because it will have many side effects +it’s not good for health especially for males... So best option is improve your diet .. select foods which improves your metabolism.... Take walks and jogging in morning for improving metabolism. Select high quality carbohydrates like oat meal, sweet potatoes, brown bread, yam, brown rice, Multigrain hot cereal (mix or barley, oats, rye, sesame, bajra and a few others) Include paneer, cheese , butter, mayonnaise ( high quality fats) High quality protein such as fish ( rich in omega 3& 6 fatty acids) , chicken , liver, organ meats

Hello, weight gain program requires sustained efforts and holistic approach. Just eating more ghee /butter laden foods, or popping pills is not going to help you.  some tips are: 1. Rule out digestion issues like bloating, frequent indigestion, worm infestation, IBS etc. 2. Take smaller portions of, energy dense foods and  have frequent meals. 3. Don't drag over lunch or dinner more than 15-20 min. Chew food properly. 4. Drink water in between meals. 5. Do some light strength training exercise like dumb bells, push ups, Pilates etc 6. Try to take balanced diet with fruits, veggies, nuts, sprouts, paneer, curd, whole cereals. Cut down on junk  food and outside food.  Preferably eat home-cooked food.
Next Steps
Consult a Physician to rule out any underlying medical condition. Consult a dietitian for customised diet chart.

Hello, Losing weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.
